GoBIG Systems is a digital marketing agency. We provide SEO, web design, social media marketing, paid advertising, and related services for local businesses. We don’t sell products through this website. All service agreements and payments are handled separately through direct communication and Stripe.

2. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By paying for our services, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to ours. Pricing is discussed privately and is not listed publicly on our website. We do not store your payment information directly.

3. Your Responsibilities

When working with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to requests for access, approvals, or content in a timely manner
• Not use our services for anything illegal, misleading, or harmful
• Not misrepresent our work as your own proprietary system or methodology

Delays in providing access or information may affect timelines and results.

4. Intellectual Property

Any original content, strategies, systems, or frameworks created by GoBIG Systems remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement. Website content created specifically for your business (like page copy and blog posts) is yours once paid for in full.

We will never claim ownership of your business name, branding, domain, or existing content.

5. Website Ownership

If we build your website, you own it. We don’t hold websites hostage. Once your site is built and paid for, it’s yours. We will provide full access and credentials.

6. Results Disclaimer

SEO and digital marketing involve a lot of variables. While we have a strong track record (130+ businesses ranked #1 on Google and counting), we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. What we can guarantee is consistent, honest effort and transparent communication.

7. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. Don’t try to hack it, scrape it, break it, or use it in any way that disrupts the experience for others. We reserve the right to block anyone who does.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to other websites or tools. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Click at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoBIG Systems, its owners, team members, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services. This includes but is not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruptions.
