1. Payment and Refund Policy

Our refund and payment policy is as follows:

1.1 Refunds

Payments for services are refundable only if the service has not begun. For example, monthly services starting on the 10th of each month will not be eligible for refunds after the 10th.

1.2 Month-to-Month Services

All GoBIG Systems services are month-to-month and can be canceled in writing by mail or email before the monthly or yearly service renewal date.

1.3 Late Payments

Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions. Late payments may result in a suspension of services until payment is received.

2. Brand Representation

GoBIG Systems will produce marketing material relevant to your current offerings according to the following policies:

We will represent your brand and company in a manner consistent with your existing offerings.

2.2 Updates

Any requests for updates to your content, campaigns, or services will be addressed promptly. However, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

3. Telephone Numbers

Porting numbers used for your company from GoBIG Systems, Inc. is available. 

3.1 Porting and Ownership

Telephone numbers provided by GoBIG Systems for your business can be ported or transferred to your name upon request. Ownership of such numbers will require compliance with the policies of the relevant service provider.

4. 10DLC Registrations

Most accounts will require 10DLC registration.

4.1 Customer Name Registration

All 10DLC (10-digit long code) registrations will be conducted under the name of our customer. This ensures that individual campaigns maintain their reputations and do not interfere with the operations or reputations of others.

4.2 Campaign Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements.

5. Email and Mail Services

With the exception of temporary email services (maximum of 60 days from account creation) or subscription based third-party email, GoBIG Systems does not host customer email.

5.1 Third-Party Providers

Mail services will be facilitated by third-party email providers.

5.2 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining payment and security within their purchased or owned email service accounts. Any breach, loss, or non-payment associated with the email account is the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

GoBIG Systems may host some content

6.1 Ownership

All content, designs, and campaigns created by GoBIG Systems remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the customer in writing.

6.2 Limited License

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials provided as part of the services. Unauthorized distribution or modification is prohibited.

7. Termination of Services

Unless others stated on initial agreement, all GoBIG Systems’ services are month-to-month (or annual upon selection).

7.1 Grounds for Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made on time.
  • The customer violates these Terms.
  • There is evidence of misuse or illegal activities associated with the account.

7.2 Customer-Initiated Termination

Customers may terminate their services at any time by providing written notice via mail or email.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoBIG Systems is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from delays, interruptions, or errors caused by third-party providers.
  • Damages arising from the misuse or unauthorized use of services.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the performance of our services.
